BACK CARE AWARENESS WEEK -POSTURE GROUPS BACK CARE WORKSHOPS

Saturday 10^th October 2009 to Friday 16th October 2009 is Back Care Awareness Week 2009.

Posture Group is also able to provide the following exhibition area services:

i) Ergonomics, back pain and posture stand manned by a back pain, ergonomics and postural specialist.

A demonstration workstation is setup and a specialist back pain, ergonomics and postural consultant who will discuss back pain, RSI and posture problems with staff. Staff can schedule a 10-minute consultation and they will be shown how to improve the way they sit, their posture and the way they work.

Leaflets and fact sheets will be distributed about back pain and posture and a rolling PowerPoint presentation will run in the background.

ii) Back pain and posture exhibition area

An exhibition area setup in a suitable location and includes the following:

Additional: A consultant manning the exhibition area and providing information on a first come first served basis:

An ergonomics and back pain consultant to talk about back pain and postural issues on a first come first served basis for 7 hours or 4 hours.
