Relaxa's Employee Health Risk Assessments Relaxa can provide employee health risk assessments for employee health and de-stress days via our web based software system called Relaxa Health Manager. Relaxa Health Manager™ is an award winning, web based health risk management software system that will help employees attending a health day reduce their health risks and manage chronic conditions through improved healthy living and lifestyle advice and choices. The online health risk assessment will take up to 20-minutes to complete and a summary report will be printed at the end which will summarise each of the following areas relating to health risks. The report will highlight what an employee is doing well and as well as what requires attention. The report will provide an overall health and wellbeing score with recommendations. The health and wellbeing score on the summary page covers the following 4 main areas:
Number of online health risk assessments that can provided in a half day and full day: Full day - 8 hours – 20 health risk assessments Technology requirements to run the risk assessments for a health day: Relaxa will provide the laptop computers, software and printer for the health day and 3G internet connection card. Clients will not be required to provide any computer hardware, printers or internet connections. Management of the health risk assessments: Relaxa will provide a technical specialist to manage the health risk assessments for the day. Maximum number of computers and health risk assessments that Relaxa can provide for a health day: Relaxa would limit the number of laptop computers and other computer hardware to support 4 computers for the day.
