Relaxa can provide manual schedules (if you prefer to manage it internally) or complimentary online schedules whereby we send you a link to forward to your staff so that they can each book themselves on at a time that is convenient.
Health 10-minute Basic Health Checks
Relaxa provides a range of comprehensive health screening services. In addition, Relaxa can offer complimentary online booking schedules whereby we forward a link to a personalized online booking schedule to forward onto staff, enabling them to book on at a suitable timeslot. After the health screens have been completed, Relaxa can also collate all data recorded and produce a report of all the Health screening data collected (if required).
- Height, Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Blood Pressure

Clients will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions
in any remaining time. Each individual will be given their statistics on a report card
15-minute Know Your Numbers Health Checks
