Sleep and Stress (45-minute video)
Participants will go away with a robust understanding of how stress at work can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle which impacts on sleep. Participants will be given a variety of recognised tools corresponding with the four pillars of sleep to practice, with the aim of being able to sleep better.
