Relaxa provide 3 different levels of cost-effective employee health screening services to suit both needs and budget. Whether arranged as part of an Employee Wellness Program or as a one-off event, Relaxa can arrange everything including a complimentary online booking facility whereby a link to an online booking schedule can be forwarded onto staff, enabling them to book on at a suitable timeslot. Relaxa can also collate all data recorded and produce a report of all the Employee Health screening data (if required).
10-minute Basic Health Screen – 32 appts in a day
- Height, Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Blood Pressure
Clients will be provided with information sheets and have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions in any remaining time. Each individual will be given their statistics on a report card
15-minute Know Your Numbers Health screen– 23 appts in a day
- Height, Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Blood Pressure
- Peak Flo Lung function testing
- Waist Measurement check (Shape as an indicator in line with risk of CHD)
Clients will be provided with information sheets and guidance for improving particular health issues that are of concern and have the opportunity to discuss and ask any questions
Each individual will be given their statistics on a report card
Optional extra: you can swap the lung function testing for cholesterol testing for an additional nominal amount
20-minute Full Health Screen – 20 appts in a day
- Height, Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Blood Pressure
- Waist Measurement check (Shape as an indicator in line with risk of CHD)
- Total Cholesterol check
- Blood Glucose check
- Lung function testing
