Avoiding burnout requires conscious effort and self-awareness. You can create a healthier, more sustainable balance by understanding the signs of burnout, setting boundaries, prioritizing and supporting your own wellbeing and self-care practices and fostering supportive relationships. Participants will come away with a toolkit of practical strategies and techniques to help them better deal with long term stress and fatigue to avoid burnout and the steps you can take to achieve balance in one’s life. How to be more productive when working both at home and in the workplace The average employee is distracted every 3 minutes and only productive for an average of hours and 53 minutes a day. What’s more, further research has found our productivity drops after lunch, plummets after 4pm, we complete far less tasks on a Monday than a Friday and January is our least productive month. While it’s impossible (and not necessarily healthy) to be productivity power-houses every minute of the working day, there’s clearly work to be done to ensure our working hours are more efficient.
