The know your numbers health screen – 15 minute appointments includes the following:
In 8 hours 26 appointments can be provided by one medical practioner.
- Height, Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Blood Pressur
- Waist Measurement check (Shape as an indicator in line with risk of CHD)
- Clients will be provided with information sheets and guidance for improving particular health issues that are of concern and have the opportunity to discuss and ask any questions
- Each individual will be given their statistics on a report card
