Resilience Online Training Course: Building Emotional Resilience to Improve Your Mental Health
Resilience is the ability to adapt well in the face of adversity and recover quickly after stressful experiences. This course will focus specifically on resilience in the workplace. Resilience involves psychological, physical and social elements. These elements help us to cope with stressful events more easily, to navigate times of transitions more smoothly and to maintain good mental health. This course takes about 50-60mins to complete and culminates in a knowledge review of all the material taught. Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate will be generated.
