The course consists of a series of training slides where you will be provided with written advice and visual tips to help you manage stress and your mental wellbeing through Nutrition, culminating in a multiple-choice knowledge review at the end. Upon Successful completion of the course, a certificate will be generated. The course lasts approx. 45-60mins and covers:
